qbuissondebon a84aa494d0 Port bundle-only additions: agent docs, Serena config, ignore rules 
Bring AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, .serena/ project config, and the
.gitignore additions (incl. .DS_Store) from the bundle snapshot
onto main. Python sources and README keep main's versions.
